It takes us roughly 5 working days to get things set up for you and then we start running your ads. Results – in the form of live transfers & appointments – can appear the first day your ads run. Although we would expect it to take a few days before the specific set-up we’ve created for you finally beds in.

From there, we refine your ads on various advertising mediums like Facebook, TikTok, Google & Youtube as results come in, looking for small improvements in order to increase overall results. That can take 3 – 4 weeks. But you’ll be getting live transfers of qualified pre-screened prospects in the meantime – and we’ll be aiming to run the size of campaign necessary to keep your company fully busy throughout. You need to be able to handle the increased appointments and calls before we begin your ad campaign.

That won’t happen. Before we take on a new client we make sure they’re right for us. In other words we first qualify them (just like we qualify new clients for you). Part of that qualification is: do we already have a client in the location you operate in, and if we still have the capacity to generate more qualified leads? We routinely refuse to take on clients because their business competes with an existing client’s business.

The appointment can take as long or as short as you want depending on how many questions that you have. There is always no obligation to get anything and the demo call is absolutely free. On this call we explain our entire system and how you can implement this into your business.

We never and can’t share leads as we use your logo, your pricing, your social media property and your companies info in the ads. We are not like conventional lead gen companies as we don't sell leads. Our job is to get the highest volume of quality leads we can - we don’t make more money the more leads you get. We only focus on getting highest quality live transfers and appointments. Our opinion is, its best to get leads direct from the source instead of going through re-sellers who mark them up and share them with multiple mortgage brokers and loan officers.

MLO's and Brokers who are not serious about closing loans and who will not be able to handle the live transfers and appointments we send them won't qualify. We’ve seen it before. They become overwhelmed. And so they have to switch off their ad campaign, regroup and try to work out how to handle this new situation. This means our services are no longer required for a while – which isn’t good business for us. Whereas MLO's and Brokers who are serious about growing their business and closing loans have already got things in order. Even if the new flow of live transfers and appointments is initially tough to handle, they’ll quickly adapt because they’ve already worked out their best processes, they already have good people in place…

They simply need to upscale what they already do. They don’t have to learn how to be bigger – they just have to expand their current set-up. We earn our money when our efforts are earning you your money. For the ones who aren't serious switching everything off because they’re overwhelmed doesn’t help our bottom line. Our growth is tightly bound to yours so as new business comes in… we want to be sure you can handle it.
